Shipping Policy – Isuzu Utes
If you have selected an item which requires installation at a dealership, the Isuzu Utes team will contact you to arrange an appointment. The items will then be shipped directly to the installing dealership prior to your appointment.
Direct supply items can be shipped to any valid address in NZ using Isuzu Utes nominated carrier. Please note that we do not Export outside NZ.
When you place an order shipping costs will be quoted, based on your order size and the delivery address location for your order.
Shipping for most orders will be between 1-3 working days in the North Island, and between 1-5 working days in the South Island.

Home delivery policy – Isuzu Utes
All orders will require a signature at delivery unless an authority to leave arrangement is made.
Click and Collect – Isuzu Utes
Purchased items can be collected from any Isuzu Utes dealership nationwide by prior arrangement. The Isuzu Utes team will contact you when your order is dispatched. You will have 10 days form this notification to collect your order from your nominated dealership.
Returns Policy – Isuzu Utes
You can return items purchased online from Isuzu Utes within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Provided Items are returned in a new, complete condition in the original packaging ‘as you received it’ with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the purchasers responsibility.
Isuzu Utes will organize the collection and replacement, if the return is a result of an Isuzu Utes error such as but not limited too an incorrect or defective item.
If you need to return an item, contact 0800 4789869 or firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. The Isuzu Utes Team will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Isuzu Utes Dealerships will not accept or process returns from online purchases.

Carefully review product suitability and specification prior to submitting your order.
Please review the total order price, including installation and freight charges before confirming your order. All pricing displayed includes GST.
Online orders placed will be deemed as accepted as soon as payment is received and processed. You will receive an order confirmation notification once this has occurred.

Payment – Isuzu Utes
You undertake and agree that all details you provide to Isuzu Utes for the purpose of purchasing the item from us are correct.
The credit or debit card, or other payment method which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the order. Isuzu Utes reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment before processing your order.
If your payment is dishonoured or reversed for any reason, you must immediately make the payment again.
Isuzu Utes reserve the right to delay processing your order or dispatching any item until payment is received in full.

Installation and costs - Isuzu Utes
Installation costs are based on the vehicle being in a factory supplied condition. Free from other accessories, modifications or damage which would require additional labour time to install your purchased item. You will be advised prior to the work being commenced if there will be an additional cost or labour charge to install your purchased item.
All installations are completed at Isuzu Utes dealerships nationwide by Isuzu trained technicians. If you are not satisfied with the installation of your item please raise it directly with the installing dealership.
All Isuzu Utes accessories are supplied with installation instructions. Isuzu Utes accepts no responsibility or liability implied or otherwise on workmanship where the accessory installation was not completed by an Isuzu Utes dealership.
Items ordered which are not in stock – Isuzu Utes
If your order cannot be processed due to lack of inventory of an ordered item. The Isuzu Utes team will notify you of the estimated date that your order will be dispatched. At this point you will be offered the choice to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If your order cannot be processed due to lack of inventory of an ordered item and that item is no longer available. The Isuzu Utes team will notify you that this item will be cancelled from your order and refunded.
Cancelling an order - Isuzu Utes

Warranty cover – Isuzu Utes
Accessories purchased from Isuzu Utes are warranted from the date of purchase for one (1) year against material or manufacturing faults.
Accessories purchased from Isuzu Utes and installed by an Isuzu Utes dealership. Are warranted from the date of purchase for one (1) year or the remainder of the New Vehicle Warranty, whichever is longer, against installation workmanship, material or manufacturing faults.
All warranties are additional to the implied warranties under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
